  2. Completely fill out the application, including waiver, payment and signatures.
  3. Mail the application, including full payment, to the address below.
  4. Wait to receive your confirmation packet before planning your travel.

  

Tuition

 

The tuition for Leaders for Life at Cheley is $595 before April 15th and $695 after April 15th. 

 

This tuition includes lodging, meals, leadership training materials, a T-Shirt, and roundtrip bus transportation from Denver International Airport.  Air transportation and spending money are the responsibility of each delegate. 

 

Refunds & Substitutions

 

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations.  Same gender substitutions can be made before July 25, 2010.
